Portland, OR

The Montgomery Park building in Portland, Oregon was built in 1920 to be a Montgomery Ward's department store and warehouse; it is currently an office building and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Code Unlimited has consulted on several seismic, fire life safety, design review and smoke control modeling projects to renovate the building to keep it safe and code compliant.
Scott Martin of GBD praised our work, "The team of analysts, architects, and engineers at Code Unlimited have proven to be reliable, insightful, and integral to the development of life safety and smoke control plans from conceptual design though construction documentation. Personally, I appreciate their professionalism and experience." We are proud to receive this feedback, as it confirms and strengthens our mission to help keep buildings and their occupants safe at all times, including during the holidays when electricity and combustibles such as the Christmas tree in this smoke control model can create potential hazards!
